ZIZIA: Ecology Sound-Art Performance, April 8th, 8:00pm
Zizia creates experimental music inspired by biodynamics to collaborate with nature. Amber Wolfe Rounds composes from celestial maps; Jarrod Fowler samples field recordings from terrestrial habitats. To celebrate their new cassette release of Genera, Zizia will present multi-channel electroacoustic music in tune with local astrology and ecology within the Epsilon Spires Sanctuary. Zizia grew new genera and families. Pisaura (feat. Michael Pisaro-Liu) evolved during 2018 and Asteraceae was published by Sedimental Records in 2020.
